Chris Flores Death,Sheboygan, WI Obituary,The Summit Health & Fitness Instructor Chris Flores Has Died
The Sheboygan fitness community is mourning the profound loss of Chris Flores, a beloved personal trainer and instructor at The Summit Health & Fitness, whose sudden passing has left a void in the hearts of countless clients, friends, and fellow athletes.
A Plymouth native, Chris was a dynamic and encouraging force within local gyms. He began shaping bodies and minds at Rage Fitness before bringing his passion to The Summit Health & Fitness in May 2022. There, he inspired youth athletes, guided personal training clients, and empowered wellness participants with his signature blend of motivation and genuine care. His philosophy extended beyond sets and reps; he specialized in building the inner confidence and resilience of everyone he coached.

Prior to his full-time fitness career, Chris dedicated 15 years as an equipment operator, bringing the same work ethic to Buteyn Peterson Construction that he later did to the gym floor. His commitment to growth was evident in his pursuit of education through ISSA, the University of Phoenix, and the Operating Engineers Local 139.
More than a trainer, Chris was a mentor and a friend. Tributes recall his ability to push people beyond their perceived limits while always offering support. “You always pushed me to do more because you knew I could handle it,” shared one grieving client.
Chris Flores leaves behind an enduring legacy of positive impact, healthy living, and heartfelt connection. He will be deeply missed but remembered for the strength and joy he brought to so many lives.
