The Feldenkrais community mourns the passing of Carolyn Fleg, a dedicated Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and MBS Master Practitioner. Carolyn discovered the Feldenkrais Method through dance in 2008, and it sparked a profound and lasting fascination.
For Carolyn, the method was a revelation about her very self—transforming how she danced, learned, related to others, and perceived the world. Her introduction began with group classes, where she consistently left feeling better, yet curiously wondering, *”Something important is happening here, but what is it?”* That potent combination of tangible benefit and intellectual intrigue hooked her completely, fueling a lifelong passion
Feldenkrais offered Carolyn new pathways to move with greater ease, beauty, and freedom from pain. It was a gift she loved to share. She dedicated herself to imparting the “apparent magic” of the method, guiding others toward their own discoveries through both group classes and individual Functional Integration sessions.
Carolyn’s legacy is one of curious exploration and compassionate teaching.
